JOB TITLE: Unit Director of Lake StevensLOCATION: Lake Stevens Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish CountyREPORTS TO: Chief Operating OfficerPAY RATE: $77,968.80 to $82,000JOB SUMMARYBoys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County (BGCSC) is a geographically dispersed mid-sized non-profit organization dedicated to enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We are seeking a Unit Director to lead our Oak Harbor Boys & Girls Club. The Unit Director is responsible for the management of Club programs in accordance with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County requirements, and the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to increase membership and average daily attendance.
