SnoBear USA is hiring mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team in Isanti, MN. Build one-of-a-kind tracked ice fishing vehicles used across North America—and get rewarded from Day One.
What You'll Do
As a Production Assembler, you'll work in one of our Body, Chassis, or Finish Lines, helping build SnoBear vehicles from the ground up. You will:
- Assemble mechanical and structural components using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams
- Operate pneumatic and hydraulic tools safely and precisely
- Measure and inspect assemblies using tools like calipers or torque wrenches
- Help install suspension systems, axles, and driveline parts
- Maintain tools and equipment and report issues or defects
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking reliable individuals with:
- Mechanical or fabrication experience (preferred)
- Experience using hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, grinders, etc.
- The ability to follow directions and meet quality standards
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and repeat tasks during an 8-hour shift
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Bonus: Welding, riveting, or chassis experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
