Sensor Agent Part Time

Position Summary:

SNÖServices Part-Time Sensor agents are detail-oriented individuals who monitor and analyze sensor data, ensuring accurate documentation and communication to support service operations. This role involves tracking service completion, identifying anomalies, and assisting with client reporting. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and comfortable working with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

? Monitor sensor data to track service provider activity, including onsite presence and service completion.

? Identify and document incomplete, non-standard, or above-standard service levels for communication with account executives (AEs).

? Track ice pre-salt, first service, and ice check completions in EPS.

? Document exception reports and share updates in AE chat before team huddles.

? Assist with client communication for snow events using platforms like Constant Contact.

? Prepare client reports and ensure accurate documentation of service-related data.

? Manage incoming data from AE chat and update EPS accordingly.

? Support miscellaneous data projects to enhance service efficiency and delivery.

? Accurately log work hours in Paylocity by punching in and out.

? Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data for accuracy.

? Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for monitoring and reporting.

? Effective communication skills for internal team collaboration.

? Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
