Job Responsibilities
The Cabana Waitstaff role is a key part of our team's efforts to provide outstanding guest service. This includes greeting and thanking guests, performing menu tours, and serving selections in accordance with Resort policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Provide guests with information necessary to make dining or drinking selections by performing a menu tour
- Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by Mountain Creek
- Serve selections in a manner consistent with Resort policies and procedures
- Maintain a superior clean work area
- Responsible for accurate credit transactions and daily tip outs
- Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation
- 100% compliance with all liquor and health department laws
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
