Lead Construction Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial construction, strong knowledge of building techniques, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a productive job site.

Duties

• Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and other structures
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Collaborate with project managers and crew members to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or similar equipment
• OSHA certification
• CDL (a plus, not required)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
