Job description:
Authorized wireless dealer seeking self-motivated sales associates for Macon & Warner Robins. Part-time / Full-Time career in sales and marketing.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years or older and allowed to work in the United States.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Have an energetic, friendly, and honest personality.
* Must be able to work on holidays and weekends.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
* Must maintain a clean and safe work environment for themselves, coworkers, and customers.
* Help customers in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
* Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information
* Complete all items on the appropriate checklist by the end of shift.
* Responsible for resolving customer issues and concerns.
* Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
* Must be extremely hands-on and have a strong work ethic.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to operate a computer, cash register, mobile devices and a calculator.
Optional Requirements:
* Bilingual in Spanish(Welcomed)
