Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist (High-Volume Clinic)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1360 bi-weekly, salary. This is negotiable based on experience and to find the right fit with our team.

Job Summary

Snippet is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to support front desk operations in a high-volume setting. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client check-in/check-out and front desk management
  • Multi-line phone communication, monitoring emails, and scheduling
  • Clear explanation of pre-op and post-op instructions
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Obtaining patient records from outside clinics
  • Understanding vaccination protocols
  • Payment processing and invoice management
  • Coordination with veterinary team to maintain workflow
  • Ability to confidently educate clients on our standard of practice

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Veterinary clinic or animal care experience
  • High-volume or medical front desk experience
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology
  • Experience with veterinary software

Schedule

  • Full-time, salary (80 hours bi-weekly)
  • Tuesday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, and the first and third Saturday's of the month 7:00 AM-1:00 PM
  • Daily lunch period 1:00PM-2:00PM
