Overview: Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Data Insights Analyst will help connect our ecommerce performance data to the rest of the organization by maintaining clean, consistent reporting and supporting enterprise dashboards. They will work with tools like GA4, Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and Looker to keep the business informed and aligned.

Responsibilities

Digital Reporting

• Maintain and update weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, conversion, AOV, and sales performance
• Pull and validate data from GA4, Salesforce, and other platforms to support digital initiatives
• Create easy-to-read summaries and visuals for internal updates and presentations

Enterprise Reporting and Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with teams across marketing, merchandising, operations, and finance to consolidate and standardize reporting
• Translate data into meaningful insights that inform digital strategy, optimize performance, and guide cross-departmental decision-making
• Build or progressively develop GA and Looker dashboards that surface actionable insights and evolve with the business’s reporting needs
• Document where data comes from and how metrics are defined so everyone’s working from the same playbook

Data Accuracy & Process Management

• Perform basic data quality checks and flag inconsistencies
• Maintain clear file structures and shared reporting folders
• Support ad hoc data requests with reliable, well-documented outputs

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a reporting, data, or business operations role (internship experience counts)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning data)
• Familiarity with at least one analytics or BI tool (GA4, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Interest in ecommerce or retail data
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable translating numbers into simple takeaways for non-technical audiences
