Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefit
Role Overview:
Sniffies is building a global cultural footprint — and we’re doing it through real-world experiences that drive content, community, and conversation.
As our Experiential Producer, you’ll lead our global event presence from concept to execution, using physical activations as launchpads for storytelling and creative amplification.
You’ll negotiate sponsorships with Pride organizations, festivals, parties, bathhouses and bars, and queer collectives worldwide; build out large-scale event environments; and work with internal creative teams to turn these moments into campaigns that expand Sniffies’ reach, grow our audience, and deepen our brand connection.
This is a hybrid creative–operational role for someone who thrives where culture, logistics, and storytelling collide.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Negotiations
- Lead sponsorship and partnership deals with Pride organizations, festivals, and nightlife venues globally.
- Identify and secure opportunities where Sniffies can authentically embed in local LGBTQ ecosystems.
- Build long-term relationships that position Sniffies as a creative and cultural collaborator, not just a sponsor.
Experiential Production & Execution
- Produce immersive, on-brand event experiences from concept through teardown, managing creative, logistics, budgets, and execution.
- Oversee physical builds and activations at key global events including:
- Pride sponsorships and activations.
- Culturally driven festivals.
- Parties and nightlife events.
- Digital builds for existing events.
Content-Driven Approach
- Design activations with integrated content strategy, every event should generate photography, video, and social moments that extend far beyond the physical footprint.
- Work directly with channel manager to develop and execute these strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, social, and production teams to turn live experiences into branded stories, influencer collaborations, and campaign moments.
- Identify opportunities for creative experimentation — new media, new collaborations, and unconventional storytelling through the lens of live experience.
Creative Development & Innovation
- Partner with internal design and brand teams to develop concepts for activations that push boundaries and reflect Sniffies’ unique personality.
- Build scalable creative frameworks that can adapt across international markets.
- Champion innovative, queer-forward creative that redefines how tech and community intersect IRL.
Operations & Budget Management
- Manage full event budgets, vendor contracts, and on-site logistics across continents.
- Track and report on ROI, both experiential impact and content performance.
- Ensure global consistency in production quality and brand expression.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work hand in hand with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to align experiential efforts with growth objectives.
- Serve as the connective tissue between creative ambition and operational excellence.
- 5–8 years of experience in experiential production, event marketing, or partnerships, ideally in entertainment, lifestyle, or LGBTQ culture.
- Proven success managing complex global activations with creative and operational precision.
- Deep understanding of queer nightlife, festivals, and community spaces.
- Exceptional negotiation, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong creative instincts with an ability to translate brand vision into tangible, photogenic, shareable moments.
- Willingness and enthusiasm for extensive international travel (35%-40% travel requirement).
- Calm under pressure, flexible in chaos, and relentlessly organized.
