Additionally, we’re backed by some of the most revered investors in the consumer goods space.


We’re a lean team that’s expanding quickly, and we’re looking for someone who believes in our vision to shift the way people experience scents.


The Role:


As the Customer Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role on Snif’s marketing team. You will work with the Director of Customer Acquisition and Partnerships across a variety of projects to increase awareness and sales for all Snif products. This will initially include managing Snif’s coveted affiliate program, creator marketing efforts, collaborations, in-person activations and events, and more. 


This role requires an individual who is motivated to problem-solve, build relationships, and think creatively. This is someone who thrives on collaboration and isn’t afraid to try something new. Additionally, this individual brings incredible structure and organization to the team in order to bring these big ideas to life. 


This individual will report directly into our Director of Customer Acquisition and Partnerships and will work closely with our teams across marketing, creative and brand, and product. 


While we are based in New York City, we operate as a fully remote team. Job may require travel ~10-15% of the time depending on business needs and event calendars.

What You'll Do:
  • Define go-to-market strategies for each product launch, as well as sustaining on-going growth of brand awareness across channels
  • Manage Snif’s creator and affiliate marketing programs. This includes owning Snif’s product seeding program, paid post and whitelisting efforts, and more
  • Own planning and execution of in-person activations for the Snif, including VIP events, community pop-ups, and more
  • Support Snif’s partnerships and collaborations including sourcing, pitching, communication, and execution
  • Support Snif’s PR strategy including approach, interviews, and more
  • Grow Snif’s offline marketing efforts including community events, OOH, DOOH, direct mail, and more
  • Own regular reporting and analysis of performance to inform on-going marketing and product strategy
  • Provide support for additional business and marketing needs


What You'll Bring:
  • 2-4 years of work experience with consulting experience preferred; consumer or DTC marketing experience a plus
  • You are a jack of all trades - you are able to confidently work on an analysis in Excel, plan a creative event, and own professional communications all at the same time
  • Eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality 
  • Strength and rigor in navigating ambiguity. You’re a self-starter and a team player
  • Next-level time management and organization skills. You are a pro at taking an idea and owning it until completion 
  • Genuine excitement for the creator economy and direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Strong awareness and experience using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ability to quickly understand Snif’s brand and voice, and translate this into our creator strategy and interactions
  • Eye for up-and-coming trends and concepts to inform how and where to strategically place our products online
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
  • You are curious, innovative, and constantly seeking ways to make an end result or process the best it can be
  • You want (perhaps even need) the excitement, grind, and freedom that comes with an early-stage and fast growing startup
