Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking driven Mechanical Sales Representatives - Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer to grow mechanical service business and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of outside sales (diesel mechanical industry or closely aligned industry required)
- Proven new business development success
- CRM & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Valid Driver’s License, insurable by company standards, and must pass background screening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new mechanical service sales growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts
- Support onboarding and manage customer experience
- Conduct fleet surveys and partner with branch teams
