Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread provider, is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
- Electrical certification, mechanical or technical degree (preferred)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance & repair (required)
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, motors (AC up to 480V and DC), contacts, and relays
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics; general maintenance knowledge of manufacturing equipment
- Proficient with service equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic methods; welding and air compressor maintenance experience (strongly preferred)
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate to maximize equipment uptime
- Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain tire supplier equipment; ensure peak performance and quality
- Perform preventative maintenance: inspections, cleaning, lubrication, diagnostics
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to OEM specifications
- Replace parts quickly to reduce downtime and restore functionality
- Keep accurate work logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports
- Support Retread and TRACS departments as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order replacement parts
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, gantry cranes, man lifts, and hoists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all PPE and safety rules
- Work a flexible schedule with overtime and some weekend shifts as needed

- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
