**Previous sales experience with heavy-duty or forklift tires is required for this position**
As a Forklift Tire Sales Representative, you’ll use your expertise to grow our industrial tire and related service business, develop new B2B accounts, and strengthen existing customer relationships. Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience (industrial and/or heavy duty required)
- Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems
- Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Valid Driver's License, insurable by company standards, and ability to pass background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
- Prospect and qualify potential new customers
- Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
- Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
- Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
- Must have strong, organizational, and time management skills
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints
- Requires the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
