Starting at $17.00 per hour
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Openings
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

Snider-Blake is hiring Quality Inspectors to join a growing metal automotive parts manufacturer in Seville, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company that produces critical components for the automotive industry.

Position Overview – Quality Inspector
Perform in-process inspections by following inspection instruction sheets
Inspect first-run parts and any jobs restarted on the production floor
Review operator instructions to ensure job numbers, part numbers, inspection frequency, and critical measurements are accurate
Verify all paperwork is the most current revision before issuing to operators
Use quality gauging equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other tools to ensure parts meet specifications
Complete and maintain all required inspection and production documentation
Stop production when quality issues are identified and communicate with supervisors or quality team members
Perform final inspections to ensure products are ready for shipment
Follow all company quality standards and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
2 years of quality inspection experience in stamping or assembly preferred
Working knowledge of measurement tools and equipment calibration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Clean background required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Pay & Benefits
Up to $19.00/hour (based on shift and experience)
