We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated On-Site Manager to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and workforce management.
Monday – Friday
8:00am-5:00pm, some flexibility required
Pay: $20 per hour **$500 Sign-On Bonus awarded after 6 months
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) required
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Provide workplace safety training
- Track and manage employee attendance
- Coach employees and assist with resolving workplace issues
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening
- Coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks
- Maintain accurate employee records and database systems
- Assist with payroll inquiries and deductions
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and client contacts
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
- Perform general office and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and clients
- Strong attention to detail
