Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with clients across aerospace, defense, and government sectors
- Lead technical proposal development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and program requirements
- Deliver technical presentations to audiences ranging from small teams to large-scale conferences
- Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and international engagements (monthly or as needed)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support program execution and long-term growth initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic expansion efforts
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, or related industry
- Background supporting NASA, Navy, DoD, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Strong experience with technical writing, proposals, and customer-facing presentations
- Comfortable with public speaking and building relationships in professional and social settings
- Tradeshow experience required; experience managing large-scale deals is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field preferred
- PMP, ISO, or program management experience is a plus
