Responsibilities
- Support engineering and project execution activities for modular infrastructure and manufacturing projects
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and models
- Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs), project documentation, and engineering submittals
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project stakeholders to support project timelines and deliverables
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems to maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project and production-related challenges
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience or exposure to modular data centers, power modules, or electrical infrastructure preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and models
- Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and mechanical/electrical/architectural build materials preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts is preferred
- Knowledge of engineering submittal processes and documentation practices preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000
- 0-5% annual incentive program based on company and individual performance
