Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct walkthroughs with accounting stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Financial Reporting) to identify automation opportunities
• Design, build, and implement automation solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, SQL, and other coding languages like Python (optional but a plus)
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and train end-users on automation tools
• Maintain and update existing automation tools for efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years in accounting, auditing, finance, or business analytics with strong tech/automation skills
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, and process automation
• Ability to build processes from scratch, train teams, and ensure adoption
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across accounting and finance teams
• Background in coding (Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus
