- Lead the preparation of external financial reports, including annual and quarterly filings, ensuring all disclosures, workpapers, and digital tagging requirements are accurately completed. (10-K, 10-Q,s)
- Oversee key components of the monthly close, such as consolidated financial reporting and detailed lease accounting schedules.
- Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams to gather documentation and data needed for regulatory reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Conduct technical accounting research, draft memos, and help operationalize new standards or accounting guidance as unique or complex transactions arise.
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance
- 3-4 years experience; some public accounting experience required
- CPA or current CPA candidate (parts passed)
- Experience with SEC reporting
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters and SEC regulations
- Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition a HUGE plus
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
