Ready to lead a team and shape how corporate accounting operates? This opportunity combines technical accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership with the ability to drive automation and process improvements.
What you’ll lead:
- Corporate accounting and month-end reporting across fixed assets, leases (ASC 842), debt, cash, self-insurance, derivatives, stock compensation, and equity transactions.
- Journal entries, account reconciliations, and corporate department financial reviews, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and financial analyses for executive leadership.
- Technical accounting research and application for complex transactions.
- Internal controls, accounting procedures, automation, and process improvements.
- Coaching and development of the Corporate Accounting team.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license required.
- 7 years of accounting or financial reporting experience with increasing responsibility.
- Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
- Oracle, Hyperion, and AMT/MRI lease software experience strongly preferred.
- System implementation experience strongly preferred.
