SNI Companies is currently partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Greater Springfield Area in their search for a Warehouse Manager.
The Warehouse Manager will drive the distribution of their products to customers by utilizing lean principles focused on continuous improvement. This is an integral position in order to provide inventory distribution solutions to both internal and external customers. Between order selectors, group leads, and material handlers, the Warehouse Manager will have 10 direct reports.
The ideal candidate is someone who has at least five years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing along with experience in ERP systems.

Key Details
- $75,000 - $100,000 Base Salary
- 10% Bonus
- $1,000 new hire bonus at 30 days and $1,500 new hire at bonus at 6 months
- Competitive PTO that is prorated on day 1
