Must have solid understanding of :
- Financial Statements. completing Equity Investment, Legal Contracts, and communicating with attorneys.
- Working knowledge and ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Will prepare Full Package with Yes / No Approval to support investment (approx. 20 pages). Bank provides template and package instructions.
- Will review and follow bank policies and procedures and will have a preformatted template to work off to complete investment decision packet.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate directly with customer and Bank stakeholders.
