SNI Companies is currently seeking an Accounting / Full Charge Bookkeeper in Hyattsville, MD.
The role is 100% onsite
- Payroll with tax deposits, quarterly reporting and reconciliation in all three metro jurisdictions.
- A / P - Invoice processing and reconciliation with Purchase orders and cutting checks for timely payment to take discounts.
- A / R - processing incoming checks and applying to billing for accurate A / R
- Bank reconciliation monthly
- Sage / Timberline software is what we use at this time
- Must be familiar with Excel, Word, and computer skills.
- Reconciliation of cash flow to job cost monthly.
- Maintenance and constant update of WIP schedule
