What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at SNH Capital Partners?
SNH Capital Partners is a U.S.-based, privately held investment firm dedicated to acquiring and building high-quality, middle-market companies. Founded in 1995, SNH has established a track record of top-tier global returns by partnering with exceptional founder-led management teams to drive sustainable, scalable, and profitable growth.
Unlike traditional private equity firms bound by fixed-life funds and 3–5-year exit horizons, SNH operates with a unique long-term capital structure. We invest our own capital, granting us the freedom to hold assets indefinitely and make purely rational decisions free from artificial timelines.
We target companies with up to $75 million in annual EBITDA that operate in proven industries less vulnerable to disruption. Our conservative capital structure keeps portfolio companies secure and agile, empowering leadership to focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation.
