Vice President of Clinical Operations (Skilled Nursing) Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical operations across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, IDPH, and Joint Commission standards.
- Implement quality improvement and clinical policies.
- Monitor KPIs and patient outcomes to drive performance.
- Travel to facilities to support staff and address challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to align clinical and organizational goals.
- Manage clinical staffing, budgets, and risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Active Illinois RN license required and LNHA preferred.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, including Director of Nursing (DON) experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Central Illinois.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
