Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student outcomes.
• Provide direct therapy services and continuously monitor progress.
• Train staff and parents on evidence-based techniques to reinforce therapy objectives.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid New York State license to practice occupational therapy.
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings (preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design adaptive, engaging interventions that promote student success.
