Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic and operational leadership for our established long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a community focused on high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational, administrative, and financial performance for the facility.
• Maintain complete compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing department heads and clinical teams.
• Drive census growth, manage facility budgets, and safeguard financial viability.

Qualifications

• License: Must hold a current, active Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Experience: 3 years of proven leadership experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
