If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

What You'll Do
- Assessment and Plan Development: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in current evidence.
- Supervision: Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Family Partnership: Deliver parent training and keep families genuinely involved in their child's progress.
- Data and Outcomes: Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so that interventions stay effective.
