We are seeking a dedicated full-time Account Manager to join our on-site team in Carlsbad, CA. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, serving as their primary point of contact, delivering tailored training sessions, providing ongoing account support, and actively identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
