What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Administrator position at SNF/Rehabilitation Center?
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in directing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and family: inherit regulations that govern nursing facilities, and as may be directed by the Administrator (CEO), to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. In addition, this role entails monitoring different departments and units at the facility, checking new patients into the assisted living facility, reviewing insurance and billing information, addressing facilities and maintenance issues, and monitoring staffing needs.
