Executive DirectorSalary: $180,000 Per YearPosition SummaryThe Executive Director provides comprehensive operational leadership and strategic oversight for our addiction recovery facilities. This role is designed for a high-level administrator who excels in organizational health, financial performance, and team accountability. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall success of the programs, ensuring they remain compliant, sustainable, and centered on high-quality patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Operational Excellence: Lead the daily business operations of multiple facility sites, ensuring consistent excellence and organizational standards across the board.• Strategic Management: Directly manage the heads of the Clinical, Quality, and Medical departments. You will foster a culture of collaboration and hold department leads accountable for performance metrics and safety standards.• Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage P&L, annual budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals and sustainability.• Quality Assurance: Partner with the Quality and Compliance team to ensure all sites exceed state licensing and national accreditation standards (CARF/Joint Commission).• Stakeholder & Family Liaison: Serve as the senior point of contact for complex family interactions, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring a compassionate yet professional resolution to high-level concerns.• Personnel Leadership: Drive recruitment and retention strategies for providers and management staff, ensuring a high-performance culture throughout the organization.Qualifications• Experience: 3 years of senior leadership experience in a high-compliance service industry (Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or similar).• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing multiple operational sites or complex, multi-departmental organizations.• Operational Acumen: Strong proficiency in budget management, data-driven decision-making, and organizational scaling.• Leadership Style: A "leader of leaders" approach—the ability to mentor and manage specialized professionals without needing to be the subject matter expert in their specific clinical field.• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (extensive executive experience in lieu of a degree will be considered).
