Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
- Nursing Department Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and care plans that align with our facility's mission and values.
- Staff Management: Supervise and direct a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance through regular assessments and evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Foster open communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New York
- Prior experience in nursing, with a strong background in long-term care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
