What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing/ Hospital Liason position at SNF Healthcare?
Full TimeResponsibilities include:
- Fostering sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/admissions.
- Conducting pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of a resident referral.
- Fostering relationships in the community and local businesses.
