Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively.
Duties
Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
Plumb and weld as necessary to ensure proper installation of HVAC units.
Work with ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
Proficient in equipment repair techniques, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems.
