CMM Programmer DIRECT HIRE
Location: St. Louis Metro Area, MO
Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday
Pay: $75,000–$100,000 annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong metrology experience to join our growing Quality Assurance team. What You'll Do
- Create, develop, and maintain complex CMM programs for product and component inspections.
- Perform detailed dimensional inspections and quality analyses in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Support quality assurance efforts by identifying, documenting, and communicating quality concerns and process improvements.
- Analyze inspection data and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
- Verify and calibrate gauges and inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional and quality-related issues.
- Utilize open granite setups and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality environment, or a combination of education and experience in quality assurance, statistics, metrology, or numerical analysis.
- Proven ability to create and troubleshoot complex CMM programs.
- Strong experience working in a Quality Lab environment.
- Proficiency with hand measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Solid understanding and practical application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related databases.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
