These are long term contract assignments with the possibility of going direct. It will be three days/week on site initially but has the potential to go fully virtual.Job Overview:The Financial Analyst, Segment Finance will complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with corporate guidelines. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but the company may identify other responsibilities of the position.General Responsibilities:· Solid foundation on accounting and finance (P&L with variance explanation experience, project/program financial management).Maintains records, prepares files, verifies information, and resolves routine problems.Ensure entering in accurate information in the company's systems for inclusions and exclusions, accounts receivable, and or other hierarchy information for client.Administer and disseminate routine and on-demand membership reports and data feeds.Will verify financial data and do reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Must be able to use Excel and to do Intermediate /Advanced: Formatting, Pivot Tables, Functions/Formulas/VLookup, Create and understand formulas from Microsoft Access and other Databases. Excel will be tested.Conducts research when necessary.Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.May performs more advanced non-routine duties in accordance with standard procedures.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:· Proactive, Reliable and organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a flexible approach with short deadlines.
