Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Class B Dump Truck Driver who can safely operate a manual-transmission dump truck. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced transporting materials to and from construction jobsites.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class B manual-transmission dump truck
- Transport materials safely to and from jobsites
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure materials are properly loaded, unloaded, and secured
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery and inspection records
- Communicate with supervisors, customers, and team members
- Assist with general jobsite duties when needed
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL
- Minimum of one year of dump truck driving experience
- Manual-transmission experience required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hauling construction materials
- Familiarity with construction jobsites and equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a truck for extended periods
- Ability to complete inspections and occasional physical tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
