Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commission

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets.
This is a high-impact role focused on generating new client partnerships, managing existing accounts, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges. You'll spend time both in the field meeting decision-makers and in the office developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with recruiting teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial clients
- Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
- Identify staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
- Track sales activity, pipeline management, and business development efforts through CRM systems
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and community business meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing sales, business development, outside sales, or account management preferred
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse clients is a plus
