We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader who is both a Licensed Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) and qualified CBRF Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a 39-bed mental health residential facility.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily facility operations and staff
• Oversee resident care, health, safety, and well-being
• Provide RN clinical oversight and medication management
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and care teams
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff
Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin RN License in good standing
• Must meet Wisconsin CBRF Administrator qualifications
• Leadership experience in healthcare, assisted living, CBRF, or residential settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with mental health populations preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call and emergency response responsibilities
