Front of House Associate

About the Job

Do you enjoy helping people and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for friendly, organized, and dependable Front of House Associates to join our team!

In this role, you'll help create a positive dining experience for guests by providing excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers, and helping keep dining areas running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Help seat and direct guests to dining locations
• Provide general customer service and respond to guest needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with resolving guest questions or concerns
• Work closely with the team to ensure a positive experience for every customer
• Perform additional duties based on client and business needs
