Production Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Type: Contract Position with Potential for Full-Time Hire

Join a growing manufacturer of precision microwave and RF components supporting the defense, aerospace, and electronics industries. We are seeking detail-oriented Production Technicians who are eager to learn, thrive in a hands-on environment, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture precision electronic components and assemblies.
• Perform hand soldering of small electronic parts.
• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Assist with coating, painting, screening, and other manufacturing processes as needed.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
• Hand soldering experience highly preferred.
• Thick film screening experience is a plus.
• Experience with painting, coating, or surface applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, precision instruments, and visual inspections.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn new skills.
