Machine Operator
Pay Range: $19 – $20/hr
Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: 12-Hour Days, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Choose from: Sun–Tues every other Wed, or Thur–Sat every other Wed
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Machine Operator:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure operations meet standards.
- Accurately enter information into production systems.
- Follow assigned work schedules, production sequences, and goals.
- Ensure work area complies with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Follow all safety, conduct, and attendance rules (PPE mandatory).
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to efficiently multi-task.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Physically capable to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working near moving/heated equipment and moderate noise levels.
- Willing to wear required PPE at all times.
