Job Description
Snelling is currently seeking dependable Outbound Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the back-end of the warehouse process, including picking, packing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to shipping requirements.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and product accuracy.
- Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently while following proper load sequencing.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklift, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound shipping, order picking/packing, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Weekly pay with electronic deposits
