What You'll Do
Candidates will be considered for positions in Assembly, Machine Operation, and Paint Line Racking, based on their experience and fit for the department.
 
Assembly & Production

• Assemble products by hand according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain steady production while paying close attention to detail.

Machine Operation

• Load and unload parts from production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Enter production information accurately into computer systems.
• Check finished parts for quality and assist with light assembly tasks.

General Production Duties

• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation is required; public transportation is not available at this location.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter production data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
