You must have have worked in the inventory department and be familiar with the process.Schedule: M-F 8a-5pPay: $21Temp to HireMust be able to commute to South Charlotte, Valid DL, clean background and ability to pass drug test.*Make sure your resume is updated and you must produce in detail how your work experience applies to this current role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Receive and check in medical implants / instruments into the warehouse from daily couriers and Fedex.• Communicate with field sales reps via email and handle surgical case anomalies.• Communicate with field sales reps daily about surgical case concerns (backorders, etc).• Assess the quality of medical implant boxes received in shipments and scan into SAP; fill office sets with replacements. • Evaluate medical instruments to be sure everything is in the set and order replacements as needed.• Prepare daily medical instruments / implants to leave the office with daily couriers. • Ship medical instruments to be repaired / return unneeded inventory to the corporate distribution center.• Assemble new medical instrument / implant sets as needed.• Ability to be on-call one week per month (after hours and weekend). • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook). SAP experience preferred.• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.• Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.• High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.• 2 year's work experience required.Physical Requirements:• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
