What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at Snell Motors?
As a Greeter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our dealership and auto wash running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a versatile position that blends the responsibilities of Guest Receptionist, Service Cashier, and Auto Wash CSA . You’ll be counted on to step into different roles across departments, ensuring our high standards of service and efficiency are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, both in person and over the phone.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Assist with processing and maintain warranty claims.
- Retains customer records in an organized manner to ensure the company maintains a good relationship with all clients.
- Handle minor customer complaints and or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate the problem.
- Perform outbound call projects as assigned by management.
- Collect form of payment from guests in the Service Department prior to the guest leaving with their vehicle
- Assist customers in the auto wash with new membership, payments, and questions.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining supplies in guest areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Represent Snell Motors with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time during Snell Motors business hours.
- $15 an hour
