As an Auto Glass & ADAS Calibration Technician, you’ll perform OEM glass replacement, repair, and full ADAS calibrations, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer safety and performance standards. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver the highest level of workmanship expected from a luxury dealership.
- Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, and mouldings with precision and care
- Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations using Jaguar Land Rover–approved equipment and procedures
- Diagnose and correct calibration issues, camera/radar alignment concerns, and sensor faults
- Use factory-level tools and software to complete calibrations and document results
- Stay up-to-date with ADAS advancements, OEM repair protocols, and relevant technical service bulletins
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standard
- Protect customer vehicles at all times with proper covers, tape, tools, and OE-approved material
- Adhere to dealership policies, warranty guidelines, and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional auto glass installation experience (dealership or high-end shop preferred)
- Experience performing ADAS calibrations (static and dynamic required)
Strong knowledge of windshield R/R, trim removal, urethane systems, and glass-setting techniques - Familiarity with OEM repair procedures; JLR experience is a plus
Ability to work with factory calibration tools and software platforms - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain repair steps when needed
