Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Must have construction site Superintendent experience, and ability to read & interpret blueprints. The Superintendent will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations across all phases of construction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations & supervise on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to guide project execution.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness.
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles.
- Proven ability in supervising construction sites.
- Skilled in blueprint reading.
- Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with commercial projects desired.

Schedule/Location
Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 3:30 pm
Friday: 7 am - 12 pm
Truck Allowance provided with personal truck
All company-related fuel expenses covered
Salary:
$52,000 - $75,000 (paid weekly)
