Ready to drive significant impact in fintech? We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Account Executive to expand our customer base and accelerate revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong client relationships.

You'll manage the full sales cycle for our innovative cash flow management solution, establishing it as the go-to platform in the market. Expect occasional travel to collaborate with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders - it's an exciting part of the opportunity!

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage everything from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with finance teams and C-level executives across North America.
  • Exceed Targets: Create and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Represent Our Brand: Act as our ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Shape Our Product: Share crucial customer feedback with internal teams to help refine our value proposition.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 years in B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services. You have a proven history of driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. We value diverse backgrounds and real-world results.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. You can simplify complex ideas for finance teams and C-level executives alike.
  • Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who thrives on exceeding goals. You're results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility: Open to occasional travel and collaborating with clients across different time zones.
