- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
- Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment such as flat tops, friers, and soft serve machines.
- Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.
